About
Care begins with
understanding.
I believe wellness is a way of living, not simply a practice. My approach to wellbeing is holistic- nurturing the body, mind and inner self through yoga, meditation, conscious breathing, somatic practices, nourishing food, mindful living and a deeper connection with nature. Yoga has been part of my life for over five years, and my personal journey has shown me how consistent lifestyle choices can create meaningful shifts in our overall wellbeing. Alongside my Hatha Yoga practice and teacher training, I continue to explore the relationship between movement, breath, food, emotions, mindset and the nervous system. I believe our mindset plays an equally important role in wellbeing. When we become aware of our patterns, beliefs and behaviours, we create the possibility to respond differently and make more conscious choices in our lives. For me, holistic living is found in the everyday- in what we eat, how we breathe, move and rest, how we understand ourselves, and how we connect with the natural world. As I begin my journey as a Hatha Yoga teacher, my intention is to share an authentic, accessible and holistic approach to wellbeing- encouraging people to slow down, reconnect with their bodies and cultivate greater awareness, balance and presence in everyday life. 🌿
